Happy August all!
Stop for a second. Now think. Think about what it is that you would like from this life. Maybe it’s something you’ve felt is missing for some time. Maybe it’s something you’d like to change that would bring you greater fulfillment. Give yourself some time to dwell on this.
Have it in your mind? Good. It could be that you’re unhappy with your career. Maybe you desire stronger, more meaningful connections with your family and friends. Perhaps you’d like to accept your body and shower it with the love and compassion it deserves. Whatever it is, it’s all within your capacity. The Law of Attraction tells us that the power to manifest what you desire already lies within you.
Accepting this premise in entirety can bring about monumental change. Taking what we learned last month about our energy, we’ll focus on how we can harness this energy to create the reality we’ve only dreamed of. That is, up until now.
Over the course of the next 4 weeks, we’ll focus on learning how to make our dreams a reality through our thoughts, words, feelings, and actions. By aligning these four elements with our desire, we ignite our inner power to manifest anything (yes, that’s right, ANYTHING!).
How? You might ask. When we get so very clear on what we want that we feel it with every fiber of our body, we’re operating on an energetic field that attracts our dream. When these vibrations resonate at the same frequency, our dreams come to fruition.
Try it for yourself this week. Pull out a journal and write out what it is that you want to bring into your life. Be as specific and intentional as you possibly can. Visualize this with every sense of your body, and soon it will be your reality.
