- Take some time to get clear on the things you’re saying to yourself and how you’re saying them.
- Pick two negative things you’re telling yourself frequently.
- Try to neutralize these negative messages by replacing them with facts.
- Once the facts become your default message, try replacing them with positive things.
Remember, it matters how you talk to yourself. The most important voice you hear every day of your life is YOUR voice. Be your own best friend. Shower yourself with love and compassion. Choose empowerment.
