Hello again friends,
Join me this month in committing to bettering our relationships! This can be your relationship with your significant other, a special relationship with a friend, or even a tricky relationship with a family member.
It’s important to remember that the only person who you can be entirely responsible for is yourself. You cannot change anyone else’s thoughts, feelings, words, or actions. You can, however, change your perspective!
Rather than focus on the negatives that you would change about another, focus on the things you absolutely love about them. Maybe they have great sense of humor or are always doing little things for you.
Throughout the next 30 days, put your focus on them. What makes them feel most loved? What makes them feel most seen or appreciated? How can you do more of this?
Here are some questions to get you started…
- What are you presently aware of that isn’t helpful or is hurting your relationship?
- What is the feedback you receive from spouse about what you do wrong within the relationship?
I challenge you to stick with this over the next 30 days! You can do it! The changes you see will be nothing short of extraordinary.
